肥料や農薬を使用せず育った今が旬の筍。孟宗竹という品種です。

掘りたての筍をすぐに自然栽培の米糠と一緒に茹であく抜きをして、真空パックにしました。
鮮度抜群でクセがなく筍ご飯や炒め物や煮物におすすめです。
