自然栽培（肥料農薬不使用）で育てた胡瓜。
元研修先 徳島 若葉農園で10年以上自家採種を続けた固定種ときわ地這きゅうりの種を分けて頂き、昨年当農園の畑で自家採種したきゅうりです。
一般で流通している胡瓜に比べ、色は薄いですが味がしっかりとあり美味しいです。
お客様からは冷蔵庫で保存すると2週間経ってもシャキシャキだったと持ちがいいというお声を頂いています。
